Management is seeking expressions of interest from local coffee/food truck owners to operate mobile food trucks and/or kiosks in the car park at Fairfield Showground.
The aim of this program is to support local businesses while creating a unique experience for our Community and visitors to Deerbush Park. We are currently seeking expressions of interest from local operators/owners to participate in this program. It is anticipated that successful applicants will be offered a one month agreement on a rotating basis. This will ensure a variety of operators and product types are offered. The food vendor location/site is already determined and positioned in the main car park alongside the People’s Globe and the recently upgraded Deerbush Park. Hours of operation can be flexible and will be allowed between 6am – 7.30pm or as agreed.

I have read and understand the terms and conditions of the Showground Carpark program.
I understand that if an approval is issued I am required to keep a copy of my approval on me at all times whilst trading in the Fairfield Showground Car Park and show it on request to any Authorised Council Officer.
I certify that all provided information is true and correct in every detail. I understand that if the information declared is not true and correct, Showground Management may refuse my application.
I understand that by completing and submitting this application does not mean that I can begin to operate. Operation may only commence once an approval has been issued.
I understand that if my application is accepted and an approval is issued, a random inspection on my food truck and/or food premises may be undertaken and applicable fees will be payable as outlined in Councils Fees and Charges.

To be considered for inclusion you will need to:
- Have current Public Liability Insurance.
- Have a Food Business Certificate of Registration.
Successful food vendor applications are based on a range of criteria presented to a selection panel for suitability to Management.
Menu Options / Dietary Requirements
We aim to have a broad range of food options. We appreciate the diversity of our audiences as well as the food available to them!
Please provide a copy of your menu with pricing which will demonstrated a variety of food options within their menu.
Sustainable / ‘Green’ practices
Vendors with sustainable practices around packaging, straws, landfill, recycling, food waste, and water usage are at an advantage.
Adherence to public health guidelines
In light of government restrictions and public health guidelines, we are looking at how our vendors work within these for the safety of our community.

Successful applicants will be contacted shortly after registrations close and a review of their application.
Please note that incomplete applications will not be considered. The outcome of this process is decided by Management and will not be reconsidered.
Management is unable to guarantee attendance numbers, due to the nature of non-ticketed, outdoor park, since they are subject to factors outside of our control.
The Food Vendor location is set and determined. Location is non-negotiable.
